Energy price flat rate for students

Dear students,

The one-time payment of 200 euros for students is expected to be available for application via the federal government's central application portal starting in mid-March. In order to receive this one-off payment, please note the following application instructions.

First of all, every student must create a BundID-Account: https://id.bund.de/

For the official application, you need an individual access code, which TU Darmstadt will send after approval by the Ministry exclusively to the e-mail addresses specified in TUCaN (usually firstname.lastname@stud.tu-darmstadt.de). Info about your mail-address can be found on the webseites of the HRZ: https://www.hrz.tu-darmstadt.de/email

Proof of identity for the application as the fastest option is the online ID function, the European eID or your personal ELSTER certificate. TU Darmstadt students will receive further information about a possible alternative to these proofs of identity at a later date.

Please inform yourself about the process under the following links and understand that the TU Darmstadt cannot answer any questions regarding the content of the payment of the energy flat rate.
